Bánh củ cải chiên là món ngon gia đình dễ làm và được yêu thích từ lâu đời. Với thành phần 100% củ cải, món bánh củ cải chiên này mang đến hượng vị ngọt mát, dễ ăn cùng kết cấu mềm mại. Cắn 1 miếng bánh củ cải giòn giòn, chấm tí tương cay, nhâm nhi cùng một ly trà đá lạnh giải nhiệt thì còn gì bằng!
Gọt vỏ củ cải, rửa sạch và xắt sợi. Cho vào tô, thêm ít muối, tiêu sau đó trộn đều. Chờ khoảng 1 – 2 phút để củ cải thấm vị. Rửa sạch hành lá, xắt nhỏ để vào chén riêng.
Cho 80gr bột mì, 50gr bột bắp và ít nước vào tô củ cải trộn đều. Cho hành đã xắt nhỏ vào trộn cùng đến khi các thành phần hòa quyện với nhau.
Rải ít bột bắp lên thớt, cho 1 lượng vừa phải hỗn hợp bánh củ cải đã trộn xong lên, nắn tạo thành miếng tròn to khoảng lòng bàn tay. Dùng tay nhấn nhẹ nhàng để định hình bánh củ cải. Cuối cùng, phủ một lớp bột bắp lên trên. Làm tương tự đến khi hết lượng củ cải đã trộn trong tô.
Bắc chảo dầu lên, khi dầu nóng thì cho bánh vào chiên. Chiên nhỏ lửa để bánh chín từ trong ra ngoài và vàng giòn đều. Khi thấy 2 mặt bánh vàng, gõ vào cưng cứng thì tắt bếp.
Bày bánh củ cải chiên ra đĩa. Ăn bánh cùng nước tương pha chút giấm, tương ớt để bắt vị hơn.
