Hành tây ép lấy khoảng 1 muỗng canh nước hành tây, cho vào chén, thêm vào 2 muỗng canh tương miso, 3-4 muỗng canh nước nóng, trộn đều. Cho 2 quả trứng vào chén khác, đánh tan đều.

Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho trứng đã đánh vào dùng đũa khuấy đều. Khi trứng hơi săn lại là đổ ngay chén sốt miso đã pha ở trên vào, khuấy đều ít phút nữa thì tắt bếp.
